Health and Safety
At Experis Health we are committed to ensuring that our employees are safe, with no threat from injury or risk to health while at work. Experis Health recognises a safe work environment is fundamental to good business management, and we rank OH&S equally with all other operational considerations. We regard all workplace injury and disease as being preventable, and are committed to achieving best practice in the management of our occupational health and safety responsibilities.
Our OH&S Management System has been accredited to the AS/NZS ISO 4801:2001.

Experis Health has a dedicated OH&S Unit staffed by experienced OH&S professionals to provide guidance and support to its operational units. Our OH&S Unit develops and implements our safety policies and procedures across major business centres in Australia, educates our staff in OH&S and liaises with clients on OH&S issues. Each of our dedicated safety managers have completed at a minimum a Diploma of Safety Management, with many undertaking further post graduate study.
Experis Health’s commitment to safety in the workplace is reflected in our OH&S Policy and Safety Management Plan. This plan ensures the communication, effectiveness and on-going review of our safety program.

24 Hour Support

Not all clients and candidates operate on a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 basis; Experis Health knows this and supports all clients with our 24 hour / 7 day a week call centre. Our call centre staff will act as an extension of the account management team and provide recruitment solutions which align to the same SOPs and account management plans; an approach which ensure consistency.

At the end of each day our teams will provide our call centre staff with a handover document containing any outstanding placements. Both teams are supported by the same centralised technology platform which enables access to all approved and qualified candidates. This approach ensures that we are able to respond to request promptly and further supports your recruitment needs during peak periods when placing candidates when you need them is important.
