Leading Banking Client is hiring for Marketing Executive/Analyst in Sydney CBD! Long term role!



This role is part of a global team focused on driving Merchant and Card Member growth by delivering efficient, high-quality marketing campaigns. You will manage the end-to-end execution process, including governance, setup, approvals, and launch, ensuring flawless delivery and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide marketing campaign consultation, design, and execution support aligned with strategic priorities.
• Oversee marketing offer governance, data validation, creative reviews, financial setups, pre-campaign testing, and live campaign monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaign feasibility, risk assessment, and customer delivery.
• Analyse data and trends to optimise performance and address issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, agility, and quality.
• Build expertise in marketing operations to support partner needs.
• Lead change management and share best practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing operations or project management.
• Strong attention to detail, process management, and organisational skills.
• Excellent relationship and partner management skills with the ability to influence and consult across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, global environment.
• Familiarity with work-flow management tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Slack.
