Role : Business Analyst

Location : Barangaroo

Work Type : Hybrid

As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, drive optimal project outcomes and uplifting internal capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with project stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with organisational goals
• Developing business analysis frameworks and processes, translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Designing and implementing robust testing practices to ensure successful project delivery
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of project management tools and processes
• Coaching and providing guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving process mapping, improvement and delivering impactful outcomes. Your ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage complex requirements.

• 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in agile project delivery, ideally in the financial services industry
• Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements using best practice methodologies
• Strong business analysis skills, including process modelling, analysis methods, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders
