We are seeking the services of a Change Analyst who will be responsible for impact assessment, analysis, development and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of strategic, innovation and transformation projects into the business.

This is a day rate contract opportunity that is based in the Southeast of Melbourne where you will be required to work in a hybrid working model.

Key skills and experience that is required:

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst.
• Experience in business impact assessments and business readiness planning.
• Demonstrated experience in change delivery on an end-to-end project is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting training need analysis and writing training content.
• Ability to execute change activities on large and complex projects, ideally on similar CRM/ERP or systems implementations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to engage effectively and professionally across all levels of audiences.
• Strong stakeholder analysis and communications planning, training and transition planning leading to effective change measurements.
• Experience working in a fast paced, technology driven environment.
