Join a transformative, multi-year program delivering cutting-edge case management capabilities for a prominent government organisation. This critical program redefines how technology supports and enhances core service delivery, paving the way for innovative and efficient solutions.

As the Organisational Change & Product Adoption Lead, you will spearhead change management and business readiness planning, driving adoption of new systems and processes while ensuring solutions are fit for purpose. Your leadership will foster alignment with the program's agile delivery approach, ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies and optimised operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership:

    • Lead and coordinate all organisational change activities within a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
    • Design and implement a robust change management framework, aligning with program objectives and agile methodologies.
    • Drive the realisation of business value and operationalisation of new ways of working.
  • Strategic Advice & Policy:

    • Provide expert strategic advice on organisational change, product adoption, and change frameworks.
    • Ensure alignment with organisational goals while minimising resistance and fostering stakeholder buy-in.
  • Management:

    • Own and manage end-to-end change management activities, including risk mitigation, impact assessments, and benefit tracking.
    • Collaborate to develop effective training and communication plans, ensuring seamless adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Innovation & Collaboration:

    • Advocate for innovative approaches to improve processes and outcomes.
    • Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and design strategies to address emerging challenges.
  • Product & Financial Management:

    • Develop metrics to measure change effectiveness and readiness, ensuring continuous improvement.
    • Support benefit realisation planning and accurate change reporting for decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leadership, program sponsors, and internal teams.
    • Influence stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive alignment with organisational priorities.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading organisational change in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing change management frameworks and strategies.
  • Ability to drive innovation, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
