Role : Customer Engineer/Field Engineer

Contract Role

Location : Launceston

Our client is a leading global technology company based in Launceston is hiring for a Customer Engineer/Field Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing equipment - include ATM's Self-checkout systems, POS Terminals and Networking equipment, PC etc.
• Parts Management and organisation
• Responding to all customer concerns or problems
• Work closely with the team to resolve technical issues and provide solutions

Skills/Experience

• 2+ years' experience with electro- mechanical equipment
• PC hardware and software repair experience
• Electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude
• Previous experience with ATM and or SelfServ Checkout repair would be a plus
• Network experience
• Willing to travel and complete service calls as required
• Valid Driver's license & transport
