The Role

A leading Global Enterprise Services Provider in is hiring for a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise - Cyber Security environment. You will own relationship with one or more strategic clients who operate large, highly secure corporate and e-commerce systems.

About You

You understand customer priorities and can translate them into business plans. As a Customer Success Manager, you will align capabilities to deliver complex solutions.

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in technology/IT/Telecom/Networking
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with Client Service Management for Cyber Security environment
• Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales & Services etc)
• Experience closing sales deals at the executive level
• Customer Success best practice knowledge and experience
• Solid analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills with experience getting win-win solutions for clients
• Open to travel occasionally to client sites as needed
