About the Role:
Our Client is seeking an experienced D365 CE Senior CRM Developer to join our team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customising, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions to support Our Client's business operations. This role requires a technically proficient developer who can work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement customisation's within the D365 CE platform, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations.
    • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Develop and maintain code to enhance the functionality of D365 CE, ensuring it meets the business needs of Our Client.
    • Optimise the performance and scalability of the D365 CE solution.
  • Integration and Data Management:
    • Design and implement integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
    • Manage data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the D365 CE environment.
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 CE features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the system.
    • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 CE in a timely manner.
    • Provide support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment phases.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure that all development work complies with Our Client's security and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain the security and integrity of the D365 CE environment.
    • Adhere to Our Client's policies and procedures, including those related to security clearance.


Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience:
    • Extensive experience as a CRM Developer with a strong focus on D365 CE.
    • Proven experience in developing custom solutions within the D365 CE environment, including custom entities, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
    • Strong experience in data migration, integration, and performance optimisation.
    • Experience working in a government or highly regulated environment is preferred.

  • Skills:
    • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant technologies for D365 CE development.
    • Strong understanding of the D365 CE data model and architecture.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-400, MB-600) are highly desirable.

  • Security Clearance:
    • Must hold a current Baseline Security Clearance.


Working Arrangements:

  • This role is based in Sydney, with a requirement to work in the office 2 days per week. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
