Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a newly created Dynamics 365 Technical Lead role within its Microsoft Dynamics team. As the Dynamics Technical Lead, you will manage and lead a team of highly skilled D365 CRM Developers, each with 10 to 15 years of experience, as well as oversee offshore development partners. You will also collaborate closely with internal project teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery.

The client manages multiple projects that are deeply integrated with their Dynamics 365 platform, involving third-party systems. You will be responsible for overseeing technical deliverables across these projects, ensuring the successful development and integration of key business services.

Must-Haves to Be Considered for This Opportunity:

• C# Expertise:

  • Advanced skills in C# development, particularly in writing custom components, APIs, and plugins within a deeply customised Dynamics platform.
  • Proven practical coding ability in C# (not just theoretical knowledge or experience listed on resumes).
  • Ability to pass a C# coding test as part of the interview process.

• Leadership Skills & Technical Ownership:

  • Experience in managing development teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Proven experience managing Offshore Development Partners.
  • Strong Project Management skills to handle end-to-end technical deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts (BAs), Testers, and various Business Units.

• D365 Platform & Business Integration:

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration's
  • Ability to understand and manage the full system architecture, including 3rd party system integration's.
    
    
• Experience following Waterfall methodology.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Must have full working rights for Australia.
• Should be based in close proximity to Sydney CBD (no interstate applicants).
• Skills and Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in C# development.
• 10+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 (D365).
