Are you an experienced Source to Pay Data Lead with expertise in SAP S4 HANA, Ariba, and ETL processes? Our client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is seeking a skilled professional to lead a high-impact data migration project.

This role is ideal for someone with strong data integration experience, particularly in procure-to-pay data migration from SAP ECC and SRM to S4 HANA and Ariba. If you have experience with Maximo integration and industry exposure to Refineries or similar sectors, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead the data migration effort for procure-to-pay data objects from SAP ECC, SRM into S4 HANA and Ariba.
✔️ Design and develop data mapping and transformation rules to maintain integrity and consistency.
✔️ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define validation rules.
✔️ Develop and execute data quality checks and testing scripts.
✔️ Work closely with technical teams to integrate Maximo and other systems.
✔️ Establish and maintain data governance policies for quality and compliance.
✔️ Provide data analytics and reporting support to business teams.
✔️ Align data migration strategies with overall project timelines and objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

🔹 5+ years of experience in data migration and integration, specifically within procure-to-pay data objects.
🔹 Strong expertise with SAP ECC, SRM, S4 HANA, and Ariba data models and structures.
🔹 Extensive experience with ETL tools and data transformation techniques.
🔹 Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
🔹 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex data sets.
🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders.

Preferred Experience & Skills

✨ Experience in Maximo integration and data migration.
✨ Industry experience in Refineries or similar sectors.
✨ Certification in SAP data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward).
✨ Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms.
✨ Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)..
