Are you an experienced Business Transformation Consultant with a passion for data platforms and credit risk? We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive complex data projects, migrations, and risk model implementations for a leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and users to define and document business requirements.
🔹 Work closely with Solution Architects and Designers to translate business needs into epics, features, and stories for delivery teams.
🔹 Act as a bridge between key stakeholders, including project managers, developers, testers, and external parties.
🔹 Ensure solutions meet Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and align with business objectives.
🔹 Support Agile project delivery, removing team impediments and providing mentorship to junior consultants.
🔹 Balance quality, risk, budget, and time-to-market considerations while effectively communicating trade-offs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

✔️ 10+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in IT Consulting or related fields.
✔️ 3+ years of Credit Risk experience with knowledge of credit risk principles.
✔️ 5-10+ years of Business Analysis experience at a senior level.
✔️ Proficiency in SAS or SQL for at least 2-3 years in a hands-on role.
✔️ Expertise in JIRA and Confluence.
✔️ Experience working directly with developers (Preferred).
✔️ Strong track record in complex data projects, migrations, or credit risk model implementations (e.g., IFRS9, Basel, APS221, APS220, APS330).

Technical & Professional Expertise:

✅ Practical experience in Agile frameworks (Scaled Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.).
✅ Ability to structure requirements into formalized documentation (e.g., Agile epics, user stories).
✅ Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM) and modern data platforms.
✅ Knowledge of containerisation, vitalisation, infrastructure, and networking.
✅ Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
✅ Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
✅ Industry-recognised certifications in technology or project delivery (Preferred).
