Join our clients dynamic SRDE Solution Design Team as a Data Solution Designer/Engineer. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to transform complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions. You will handle impact analysis, effort estimation, solution design, governance activities, and technical documentation to deliver data-driven products for our ckients credit risk and banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex business requirements, providing impactful solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive impact analysis and effort estimation.
• Design cross-functional enterprise data solutions ensuring maximum reusability.
• Manage technical governance activities and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Engineer data products through sourcing, design, data quality assurance, and efficient placement.
• Define and implement solutions using a variety of technologies, including SAS, Hadoop, Azure, and ETL tools.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Credit Risk Business Units, Service Owners, Tech Leads, and LOB Leads, to prioritize and manage requirements.
• Ensure adherence to design principles and align with enterprise standards.
• Support Agile teams in full-stack development processes, from design to deployment, using DevOps best practices.
• Work closely with business units to understand and map credit risk-related data elements.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a large, complex Credit Risk and/or Banking environment.
• 10+ years of project and delivery experience in business and technology solutions, focusing on engineering complex data processes.
• Advanced proficiency inSQL andSAS (5+ years), including experience with:
  • Base SAS, SAS/Macro, SAS DI Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Management Console.
• 5+ years of experience with a diverse technology stack:
  • Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase, Python, Java, Spring Boot, Git, Flink, CosmosDB, Akka, Scala, SQL, Synapse.
• Proven experience with data warehousing, modeling, integration tools (Informatica, Sterling), and BI tools (IBM Cognos/TM1, Power BI, Tableau).
• Expertise in cloud-based design, especially Azure and serverless architecture.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Strong experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with the Atlassian toolset: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket.
• Effective collaboration with various stakeholders, maintaining a user-centric approach to design.
