Our client, a forward-thinking organization, is seeking an experienced Digital Test Lead to join their Digital Portfolio. This position demands an individual who can be hands-on when required but most importantly - leadership to the testing team, providing and delivering upon the test strategies, automation testing uplift, and fostering effective communication and coordination across the portfolio.

This will be an initial day rate contract for 12 months with high chances of extensions, based in Melbourne, where you will be required to work on a hybrid model, 3 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in digital test lead roles.
• Strong understanding of test strategies and management and quality assurance practices.
• Test planning, strategy definition and building capability a must.
• Experience working across digital projects; in mobile and portal applications and CRM platforms - specifically in Salesforce is a MUST
• Experience with Salesforce Automation capability uplift.
• Experience with test automation tools and techniques (including Microsoft Playwright and Selenium).
• Strong experience in testing in an Agile environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be required to obtain baseline clearance, as such is available for Australian Citizens.
