We are seeking experienced and motivated .NET Developers with a minimum of 5 years' experience to assist in the delivery of various ICT projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As a .NET Developer, you will:

  • Develop and maintain Azure-based web API and portal applications supporting legislative reporting and regulatory processes.
  • Integrate system components to provide seamless end-to-end user experiences.
  • Offer technical advice on systems development issues.
  • Apply secure coding practices to ensure solutions are robust and secure.
  • Conduct code and infrastructure peer reviews.
  • Code according to detailed application architecture documents.
  • Adhere to best practices and departmental standards.
  • Create and review technical and release documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Take on additional duties as needed.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing secure web-based business solutions.
  • Experience developing web APIs using Azure API Manager and customer-facing web portals using .NET Framework, including .NET Core and ASP.NET.
  • Proficiency in developing web applications with Angular or React.
  • Understanding of the Information Security Manual (ISM) and how to apply its controls in solution design and development.
  • Experience in unit, integration, and automation testing with tools such as xUnit, Selenium, and Playwright.NET.

Desirable:

  • Experience collaborating in agile team environments.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
