Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 Solution Developer, you will:

• Provide Dynamics CRM-specific recommendations as part of solution design.
• Develop and configure solutions with a focus on Dynamics CRM.
• Perform system analysis, investigate technical issues, and document solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to team development processes and skill improvements.

Essential Criteria

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant industry certifications.
• Extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer, leveraging:
  • Configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Expertise in D365 Customer Engagement, particularly Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in extending and automatingD365 using:
    • Power Automate, business process flows, and rules.
    • Javascript, plugins, and Canvas apps.
    • Function Apps, Logic Apps, and consuming Web APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills (technical, business, and interpersonal).
• Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum).

Desirable Criteria

• Experience creating and maintaining DevOps build and release pipelines.
• Proficiency in building web apps using ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
