Senior eCommerce Lead
We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Lead, for an initial 12-month contract, to drive the digital commerce strategy, customer engagement, and sales growth for the Australian market. This role is embedded within the Global eCommerce team and plays a key part in shaping go-to-market strategies, facilitating collaboration, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital business and marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement and sales.
  • Drive multi-market or regional customers, building best in practice frameworks to be shared globally with wider Global markets and digital transformation teams
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify eCommerce growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue and market expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider digital transformation teams, sales, marketing, finance and other relevant teams within the eCommerce Centre of Excellence
  • Engage with agency partners to optimize digital customer plans and maximize brand performance in eCommerce channels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to educate and influence stakeholders on the importance of eCommerce in brand and sales growth.
  • Foster a test-and-learn approach, accelerating insights and optimizations to enhance digital effectiveness.

Required skills & experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Customer Management, eCommerce, or Digital.
  • Strong background in multinational retail and digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-market eCommerce strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and business outcomes.
