Your role

The Senior Cyber Security Operations Analyst will leverage advanced skills in cloud security (Azure/AWS), endpoint and network security, threat intelligence, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, and incident response. This role plays a crucial part in securing technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor, investigate, and mitigate security incidents using leading-edge tools like Microsoft Defender 365, Azure Security Centre, IntSights, and Splunk.
• Analyse security event data to identify and respond to suspicious/malicious activities across networks and systems.
• Lead incident response efforts, conducting detailed investigations and computer forensics.
• Identify and integrate critical data sources into the SIEM, collaborating closely with IT engineers on security control implementations.
• Mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and optimise defensive tools.
• Produce comprehensive incident response reports, activity reports, and threat briefs.
