Our one-of-a-kind client is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing, dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity combining ML Engineering with MLOps responsibilities.

Supported by one of the most visionary leaders you will ever get to work with, this is one of those roles where you not only get to further shape the ML solutions in place here, but you will also be a part of shaping the ML Ops capabilities internally.

To be considered you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of enterprise engineering experience, which ideally includes:.
    • Experience working with Azure (and in a Microsoft environment)
    • Experience building end-to-end systems as a Platform Engineer, ML Engineer (or equivalent) with fluency in Python.
    • Experienced in Databricks + PostgreSQL.
    • Ability to develop and maintain ML systems built with open-source tools
    • Experience building custom integrations between cloud-based systems using APIs
  • Proven understanding of machine learning methodologies and best practices
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work with empathy and collaboration within a team.
  • Experience and confidence in a customer-facing consulting or engineering role with strong technical presence and confidence. This includes the ability to:
    • Translate business needs to technical requirements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, collect, and preprocess data for model training
  • Strong understanding of software testing, benchmarking, and continuous integration
