Experis are working with a Brisbane based organisation that is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to manage and maintain its enterprise IAM solution. This role is crucial for the development of a world-class ICT network that ensures secure access for employees of the organisation and the community. The IAM Specialist will join the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) project team and report to the MFA Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the client's IAM solution.
• Implement application federation and MFA configuration.
• Integrate IAM systems with core departmental ICT applications to ensure appropriate access levels.
• Contribute to a consistent ICT experience for all users.
• Transition specialist knowledge to IAM staff for operational support.
• Collaborate with the MFA project team to deliver MFA to applications and users across the department.
• Ensure compliance with identity management protocols and policies.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience with IAM and identity solutions.
• Experience with PING identity solutions. (Access and Federation)
• Proficiency in implementing application federation and MFA configuration.
• Knowledge of various protocols: SAML, WSFED, OAUTH, OIDC, PING Access.
