We are currently recruiting two experienced HCM Integrations Analysts to join a major transformation program within a government department, focused on modernising and simplifying people management services through a multi-year Human Capital Management (HCM) initiative.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, high-performing, and collaborative team working on a critical piece of digital transformation. You'll be working across both internal and external integrations, and closely with internal tech teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

About the Program

The HCM Program is a large-scale, multi-disciplinary initiative delivering new systems and capabilities through multiple release phases. The program aims to transform and streamline HR service delivery and is structured across multiple workstreams, including Business Transformation, Technical, Delivery, PMO, and Change Management.

This role sits within the Technical Integrations team, which oversees the development of bespoke solutions, integrations, environments management, and data migration.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyse, document, and understand data structures in source and target systems

  • Map data attributes between systems for use in integrations and bots

  • Document data-sharing processes between on-premise and cloud-based applications

  • Design and implement scalable, secure integration solutions using platforms such as SuccessFactors and SAP BTP

  • Contribute to integration monitoring and error-handling frameworks

  • Support and review integration specification documents in alignment with solution design and standards

  • Collaborate with internal/external integration teams and implementation partners on successful integration delivery

  • Work closely with the Testing team to develop integration test cases and assist with test execution

  • Build internal documentation and knowledge to support operational handover of integration management

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders and ensure integration standards and patterns are followed

Skills and Experience - Essential

  • Experience with cloud HCM platform integrations (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)

  • Strong background in application integration, ideally with SAP BTP-i

  • Experience with data mapping, data flows, and information management

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with APIs, SOAP, RESTful services, JSON, XML, and integration protocols

  • Experience with real-time and batch integration patterns, with a focus on scalability and reliability

  • Previous experience working within a government or large-scale transformation environment
