Cyber Security - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist

Are you a skilled cyber security professional with expertise in governance, risk, and compliance? We are seeking a Cyber Security - GRC Specialist to join a high-security federal government cyber branch.

About the Role

As a GRC Specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding digital assets by assessing risks, ensuring compliance, and strengthening security frameworks. You will perform security risk and business impact analyses, develop mitigation strategies, and provide expert advice on security policies, standards, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage IT security risks and compliance.
• Conduct detailed risk and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with intelligence and cyber defence analysts.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports for executives and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Information Security (SCTY) - Level 4+
• Information Assurance (INAS) - Level 4+
• Risk Management (BURM) - Level 4+
• Certifications (Highly Desirable): CISSP, CRISC, CCSP or equivalent.
