We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MLOps Engineer who will be a subject matter expert in the development of a cloud-based solution/product. You will have at least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning & MLOps and proven experience in deploying models on Azure Cloud. A Master's degree in Data Science or Machine Learning and experience in the Fintech/Capital Markets space would be advantageous.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Participating in daily Scrum meetings to develop Machine Learning solutions within an Agile framework.
  • Collaborating with various business and technical stakeholders to understand business problems.
  • Performing exploratory data analysis and understanding metadata.
  • Creating, reviewing, and fine-tuning ML models.
  • Applying knowledge of Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning.
  • Understanding Generative AI and prompt engineering.
  • Working with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Developers, and business teams to test models in production.
  • Building and maintaining operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of Azure infrastructure and systems.
  • Administering and troubleshooting Dockerized, Kubernetes-orchestrated Linux-based systems.
  • Maintaining and supporting the solution post-development.

What You Will Need:

  • Time Series Forecasting Models: ARMA, ARIMA, SARIMA, Vector Auto Regression, Smoothing, Kalman Filtering.
  • Anomaly Detection: Isolation Forests, SVM, Decision Trees, and Ensemble Learning.
  • Deep Learning: RNN, LSTMs, Transformer Architecture, BERT, GPT, RoBERTa.
  • Generative AI: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, RAG.
  • LangChain: Chains, prompts, agents, vector stores, document loaders.
  • Cloud Deployment: Model endpoint deployment, Docker, REST APIs, Bitbucket.
  • Azure Services: Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, DataBricks, Azure Kubernetes Services, ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo.
  • Programming Skills: Python, SQL; experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Seaborn, and Matplotlib.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an understanding of application and microservice-based architecture.
