We are seeking an experienced EL1 Mobile App Developer to join a dynamic team delivering high-impact digital solutions. This role is accountable for developing and enhancing mobile applications, contributing to the integrity and effectiveness of critical projects within the agency.

About the Role

As an EL1 Mobile App Developer (Labour Hire), you will work under broad direction, exercising independent judgment and decision-making to drive quality outcomes. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, technical teams, and project leads to develop innovative mobile applications and systems that meet industry best practices and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new mobile applications, systems, and integrations while adhering to architectural principles.
• Design and implement software solutions and CI/CD pipelines to solve complex problems.
• Actively participate in an agile development framework to ensure project success.
• Document all design and development work for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and quality.
• Ensure compliance with security and accessibility requirements for all software developed.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure effective test coverage using a shift-left approach.
• Ensure all solutions deliver value for money while meeting project goals and objectives.
