Provision of Specified Personnel on a time and materials basis in the following role: Portfolio

Manager, to undertake tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provides strategic advice and supports the director in the implementation and delivery of portfolio, programme and project office services ensuring that each part of the portfolio contributes to the overall achievement of the portfolio.

Collects, summarises, and reports on strategic insights on DTDD portfolio of projects as required to support management decisions.

Provision of advice on better practice project management specifically around financial management, governance, pipeline management and assurance.

Engages and influences senior managers to ensure the portfolio will deliver the agreed business objectives with a specific focus on financial and governance structures.

Coordinate the portfolio, projects and initiatives new implementation and structure and provide advice on correction for ongoing service provision as required.

Mandatory requirements:

Relevant Program and/or project management qualifications

Minimum 5 years working in a federal government context.

Experience in large digital transformation programs.

Desirable attributes:

Relevant financial membership / qualifications (CA - CPA)

Aged Care Reform knowledge and practical application.
