About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on, strategic Change and Transformation Manager to play a key role in driving and executing change management activities within a high-profile Data and Regulatory Transformation (DART) Program. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures transformation initiatives align with business needs, are successfully implemented, and deliver measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring business functions are ready for change and that adoption is effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Implementation
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and minimise resistance to transformation initiatives.
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment of transformation programs with business goals.
Embed change into business processes and culture, ensuring transformation efforts result in sustainable improvements.
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
Business Readiness & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring business needs are represented and addressed.
Assess the organisation's readiness for change and develop interventions to ensure smooth adoption.
Engage with business leaders, frontline employees, and stakeholders to foster a culture of change and innovation.
Develop and execute communication plans that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation journey.
Hands-on Execution & Delivery
Lead transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met and results are achieved.
Work alongside teams to implement new technologies, processes, and operating models.
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the rollout of transformation initiatives.
Facilitate training, workshops, and coaching to enhance business capability and resilience to change.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation efforts.
Continuously analyse the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for further enhancement.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine change strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies.
Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, and business model innovation.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and other modern transformation approaches.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on business transformation.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
10+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or project management roles.
Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives within an organisation.
Experience in stakeholder management across different levels of an organisation.
Hands-on experience in driving and executing change rather than passively overseeing it.
Desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma, PMP).
Experience in working in Agile or hybrid environments.
Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs, including in government.
Background in industries undergoing significant transformation (e.g., retail, finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
