Seeking the services of a professional and skilled Program Scheduler for a large ERP implementation. Based in the SE of Melbourne (with hybrid/flexible working arrangements) this role will suit a seasoned Master or Program Scheduler, to develop and maintain the end-to-end program schedule, including critical path activities, dependences, resources and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and experience in the following are required to be considered for this urgent daily rate contract opportunity:
- Develop and maintain the end-to-end program schedule, including critical path activities, dependencies, resources and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against the schedule and report on key milestones and deliverables, identifying any delays or issues early.
- Oversee dependency management, ensuring cross-functional alignment across workstreams.
- Work closely with Program, Change and Project Managers to document, validate and integrate individual project plans.
- Export data from a range of systems including Jira and MS Project
- Identify, raise and escalate any risks and issues identified
- Collaborate with program leadership and sponsors, providing detailed program updates, insights and governance reporting.
- Drive scheduling disciplines across the program using a collaborative, pragmatic and influential approach.
- In addition to a range of other activities including report preparation, stakeholder management, minutes and agendas

A SE based location, flexible hybrid working model, must be able to go onsite twice a week in SE of Melbourne.
