Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects, with a particular focus on business process optimization.
This is a fixed term contract and has a 3-4-day onsite policy, based central Melbourne, VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Support business process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to streamline operations and enhance process efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to support project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Support budget management and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally with exposure to business process optimization and process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes, systems, and operating models.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
