Our client is delivering a major uplift in how it manages Health, Safety & Wellbeing and Risk & Audit functions through the implementation of a modern, integrated platform. This initiative will replace fragmented legacy systems, offering a streamlined, centralised approach to risk and compliance management across the organisation.They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who brings strong stakeholder leadership to drive this high-profile initiative forward. This role requires someone who is not only structured and delivery-focused but also confident in navigating complex relationships across varied business and technical groups.

This is a fixed term contract, with hybrid work arrangements.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead all aspects of delivery - from initiation through to implementation - ensuring outcomes are aligned with business priorities and user needs. A key focus will be on managing stakeholders across multiple levels and functions, ensuring ongoing engagement, clear communication, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for the new Health & Safety system, including planning, execution, and closure
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, acting as the key interface between technical teams, business units, and external vendors
  • Run engagement activities including workshops, briefings, steering committees, and executive updates
  • Balance diverse needs and expectations, resolving conflicts and building consensus across departments
  • Monitor project health, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively identifying risks and managing issues
  • Work closely with change and comms teams to support effective user adoption and readiness

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations in complex environments
  • A background in projects related to risk, compliance, WHS, or audit systems is highly desirable
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong planning, vendor coordination, and project delivery capability
