Our client is delivering a large-scale technology uplift program focused on modernising core infrastructure and replacing end-of-life assets across multiple campuses. With a strong pipeline of work underway - including end user computing upgrades and network infrastructure enhancements - they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a key stream of this transformational initiative.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional delivery teams, including infrastructure, end user services, and external vendors
• Engage with stakeholders across IT, facilities, academic and operational areas to align project goals and expectations
• Ensure governance and reporting requirements are met, including status updates and steering committee papers
• Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams with a clear focus on risk, quality, and outcomes
• Support change management activities and ensure minimal disruption to end users during implementation phases

About You:

• Proven experience managing infrastructure and/or end user technology refresh programs
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, particularly networks, storage, and endpoint technology
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills - able to influence, coordinate and lead across technical and non-technical groups
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners
• Comfortable operating in large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects
