About the Role

As a Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting project activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with government frameworks. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals, applying your expertise in project management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Must hold an active NV1, NV2, or TSPV security clearance
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project, program, and portfolio planning.
• Support project test, evaluation, and acceptance programs.
• Apply project management methodologies to administrative and technical tasks.
• Research, draft, and prepare briefs, correspondence, and reports.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• Maintain project financial records under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Resolve problems and recommend alternative courses of action.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project goals are met.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in a PSO or similar role.
✅ Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).
✅ Experience working with Microsoft 365 and other software applications.
✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
