We are seeking skilled Project Schedulers to develop and manage integrated schedules that track all accountable activities contributing to project and program outcomes. In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to capture dependencies and ensure that target milestones are realistic, achievable, and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of integrated schedules for small-scale projects and programs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across work streams to inform the design, development, and implementation of schedules.
  • Maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Assist with routine reporting cycles and update schedules for accurate sequencing and progress tracking against deliverables and milestones.
  • Identify and help resolve scheduling issues to support the delivery of outcomes.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of team processes and continuous improvement.
  • Perform research and analysis on project schedules and assist in preparing reports.
  • Provide scheduling knowledge and support to stakeholders.
  • Exercise appropriate delegations in accordance with legislation and guidelines.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing scheduling activities across large-scale projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience capturing and monitoring dependencies to ensure target milestones are realistic and achievable.

Weighted Criteria:

  • Proven ability to operate with a considerable degree of independence under the broad direction of senior staff.
  • Experience providing scheduling expertise for complex schedules that align with business objectives.
  • Knowledge or experience with project management methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
