Our client is looking to appoint a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile Salesforce projects, working closely with clients to design and deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement business-driven Salesforce solutions by applying industry knowledge and functional expertise.
• Create detailed functional and application designs that align with evolving business objectives.
• Facilitate engaging workshops with clients, using a variety of digital and in-person methods including design thinking approaches.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional needs.
• Map out and refine business processes and functional application structures, adhering to Salesforce implementation best practices.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and walkthroughs to client stakeholders, including large and diverse groups.
• Collaborate with solution architects and project managers, escalating risks and developing strategies to address them proactively.
• Produce high-quality, scalable, and maintainable functional designs.
• Assist in handing over solutions to testing teams and support defect resolution during the quality assurance phase.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support the ongoing management and enhancement of delivered solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Solid background in Salesforce implementations, with experience designing and documenting functional solutions.
• Confidence leading client workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Strong skills in business analysis, process design, and requirements gathering.
• A problem-solver mindset with the ability to foresee project risks and propose mitigations.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
