In this role, you'll contribute to a high-performing division that delivers critical enabling services and operational support, driving forward initiatives such as artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and model current and future business processes and information management environments.
• Evaluate data-related requirements, user pathways, and information flows.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to identify customer needs and collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, business cases, functional and non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, service design artefacts, and communication/change management plans.
• Investigate and undertake technical research in alignment with policies and legislation.
• Translate business requirements into techno-functional specifications and evaluate solution options with a strategic perspective.
• Work collaboratively in Agile environments to deliver requirements artefacts for complex IT systems, including website development.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and information flows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis skills.
• Expertise in developing detailed documentation and solutions that address business needs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivering complex IT system requirements.
• A strategic thinker with a focus on delivering impactful, future-ready solutions.
