We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, with a focus on understanding business processes and determining business requirements for systems. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about improving business efficiency through the analysis and implementation of technical solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering the following:

• Organising, facilitating, and co-facilitating workshops to extract business scenarios and requirements while defining new or improved business processes.
• Prioritising business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders based on their potential to enhance business efficiency.
• Defining and documenting new business practices and processes clearly and consistently, and facilitating the agreement and sign-off of these with stakeholders.
• Communicating the objectives of business needs effectively to different levels of stakeholders, including enterprise, program, operational, and project levels.
• Translating complex technical information into clear, accessible language for the business and other stakeholders.
• Managing technical projects, implementing emerging technologies, and designing business requirements for complex ICT projects.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring trustworthiness, ethics, and strong organisational skills.
• Fostering a positive team ethos through active participation and clear communication within the immediate workgroup.

In addition, the specified personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff, ensuring that all documentation is stored in accordance with the organisation's recordkeeping policies and practices.
