Are you a highly skilled Business Analyst looking for an opportunity to drive real business improvements? We are seeking experienced professionals to help shape and optimise critical business processes within a dynamic and high-impact environment.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work within an integrated workforce, applying expert analytical skills to investigate business needs, identify solutions, and deliver key process improvements. You will play a subject matter expert role, providing critical insights and recommendations to stakeholders while driving efficiencies in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate business needs, identify problems, and recommend process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, defining benefits and options for implementation.
  • Advise stakeholders on techniques, tools, and processes for business analysis.
  • Apply business analysis methods and modelling to articulate and enhance business processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate business requirements, specifications, and feasibility studies.
  • Analyse complex ICT business problems and recommend solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Identify business benefits and contribute to ongoing system and process improvements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Must hold an active NV2, or TSPV security clearance
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in business process modelling and analysis.
The ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
