Description:
Working hours: Full time hours, will required on campus 60%

Key Activities:
In collaboration with key stakeholders, undertake analysis of business processes, investigating operational requirements, problems and opportunities, and identifying alternate solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
Assess feasibility and recommend new approaches to meet customer requirements, translating business requirements into system specifications in accordance with agreed standards.

Qualifications / Accreditations:
Qualifications and training equivalent to an undergraduate degree in business or related field and significant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to conceptualise, establish and implement initiatives and solutions within a specified framework. Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements. Strong capability in delivering business analysis artefacts. Proven experience in data analysis, particularly in an educational or AV technology context.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as a senior BA ideally in a data and insights capacity

Key Deliverables:
A comprehensive report detailing the sources of data extraction, methodologies used, and the structure of data management.
Detailed analysis reports showcasing trends, patterns and insights derived from the extracted data.
Charts, graphs, and other visual aids prepared to represent data findings in an accessible and understabdable manner.
