Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to support a suite of critical technology refresh initiatives, with a primary focus on end user computing. This role plays a key part in delivering modern, fit-for-purpose technology solutions across staff, student, research, and lab environments.

This is a daily rate contract, with hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple asset refresh initiatives
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current state, identify pain points, and define future state outcomes
• Participate in the planning and coordination of end-user device rollouts (e.g., laptops, desktops, thin clients).
• Assist in developing rollout plans, including device configuration, imaging, deployment, and user training.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with users and technical teams
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for delivery teams
• Support the development of business cases, including benefits definition and cost justification
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and technical leads to ensure alignment between business objectives and solution design
• Support test planning and execution by validating that delivered solutions meet business needs
• Monitor and track issues, risks, and dependencies related to business requirements

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale technology infrastructure projects
• Strong background in infrastructure or end user computing environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams and manage competing priorities
• Experience working in complex environments such as education, healthcare, or government is highly regarded
