Sydney CBD (Hybrid work arrangement)
Rate - $850/day + Super


Our global banking client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support critical strategic projects across Retail, Wealth and Personal banking business.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in requirement gathering, design, change management and implementation management. Ensuring appropriate documentation is completed and signed off at each stage of the project. Experience in agile and waterfall project management, digital banking and digital customer engagement is required for this role. Wealth portfolio hands on work experience is a pre requisite for this role

This team is responsible for the management and delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for the groundwork that makes up project delivery and will be guided by project managers or delivery leads.

Experience - Agile, Digital, Financial Services, Trading Platforms, Vendor Platform

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Employs an improvement mindset to identify and define issues or problems that are less obvious; participates actively and constructively in brainstorming meetings where problems are discussed and/or resolved
  • Brings structure and order to undefined problems and/or large scale problems, making them easier to address and solve
  • Builds effective working relationships with analysis and design teams in delivery partners and works well with external partners

Selection Criteria:

  • Solid experience of operating as a business digital Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Experience of delivering end-to-end digital projects within wealth products is must
  • You must have experience in managing projects on trading platforms, onboarding new vendor platform/third party vendors
  • Root cause and gap analysis
  • Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches
  • Experience with both waterfall, agile and design thinking
