Our client, managing a significant and transformative portfolio, is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support their team of Senior Project Managers. This role is integral to the success of large-scale programs, requiring a high level of expertise in advanced scheduling techniques, portfolio reporting, and financial management. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering advanced scheduling and financial reporting across a portfolio of projects.
  • Demonstrating strong skills in program and portfolio-level scheduling to support complex initiatives.
  • Leveraging prior experience as a Scheduler on large-scale, multifaceted programs to provide strategic insights and solutions.
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project and program schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Proactively identifying and managing scheduling risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring milestones, priorities, and budget plans are met.
  • Applying advanced knowledge of program financials, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel to provide detailed analysis and reporting.
