Our client is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the implementation of an Integration Platform. This is a newly created opportunity to support a pivotal project, working alongside a Systems Integrator Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end implementation of a new Integration Platform
- Proven experience in project management/coordination on systems implementation and integration projects
- Domain expertise in wholesale & distribution is an advantageous
- Provide coordination and administration support for the project team, requiring liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation, providing project status reports and updates.
- Project reporting experience is required
- Prior experience within a PMO environment, and skills in project governance, is an advantage. An ability to monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Tracking of identified risks & issues to assist in the project success.
- Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for project delivery.
Our client is searching for a project coordinator resource, who thrives in dynamic environments and has a track record of successful system implementations. This is a day rate contract opportunity, offering a hybrid working model (2 days onsite, based in the north of Melbourne).
