Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a greenfield ERP implementation project. This exciting role will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.

With presence throughout Australia and abroad, this successful organization has experienced impressive growth, and have a number of key initiatives they are embarking on, with the ERP replacement a high priority.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

• Exceptional Project Management capabilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of the Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation, from planning to go-live.
• Review requirements and process documentation, whilst collaborating with key stakeholders and SI partner, and align the ERP solution with organizational needs, and appropriate integration planning.
• Oversee the integration of the new ERP system, ensuring compatibility with existing processes and systems.
• Extensive experience with successful ERP implementations is essential.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration processes and challenges.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to lead teams and manage timelines, risk & issues, budgets.
• Facilitate stakeholder & vendor engagement and management; ensure alignment across departments, particularly in finance and operations.
• Technically savvy with ERPs, with a preference for Oracle NetSuite.
• Open to travel as needed to support project objectives.
