About the Role
As a Development Expert in Fusion Middleware, you will:

• Oversee software development projects, writing optimized code and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers.
• Contribute to the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge solutions.
• Take ownership of the quality, functionality, and performance of the software produced by your team.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:

• Developing solutions in Oracle Fusion Middleware services.
• Building integration services for systems such as Siebel, SAP, OPA, IDM, and ADFS.
• Utilizing expertise in technologies like:
  • Oracle SOA Suite 12C
  • Oracle Service Bus, BPEL, Mediator
  • Oracle Web Service Manager
  • Oracle API Gateway/IBM Data Power
  • JDeveloper, Web Services (SOAP, REST/JSON), WSDL/WADL, XSLT, XQUERY, XML
  • Java and Oracle RDBMS 12C (PL/SQL).
• Designing, documenting, and hosting SOAP/REST services using Web Logic Server, Oracle API Gateway, and/or IBM Data Power.
• Conducting technical design, development, testing, and implementation of complex solutions.
• Managing releases, providing production support, and ensuring system maintenance.
• Offering mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced team members.
• Preparing and reviewing technical and corporate documentation.

About You
To excel in this role, you'll have:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and related technologies.
• A strong background in systems integration and development of high-quality solutions.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects.
• The ability to solve highly complex problems independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
