We are seeking highly skilled and energetic Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developers to join a dynamic team dedicated to improving the National Disability Insurance Scheme through innovative ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join a multi-disciplinary scrum team to deliver Salesforce-based solutions for a high-profile transformational program.
• Create and review design standards, developing robust and reusable Salesforce Vlocity solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance and coding standards through regular reviews.
• Support the code deployment process across all environments, including Production.
• Actively participate in daily scrum activities.
• Collaborate with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts to deliver quality components and solutions.
• Share your Vlocity expertise to guide best practices and build team capability.
• Support the rollout of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience with the Salesforce Vlocity platform, including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Familiarity with OOP, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Experience in building integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events).
• Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in source control tools (e.g., GitLab) and package-based development.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
• Successfully implemented 4+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using agile methodology.
• Enthusiasm for accessible design and development.
