We are currently seeking a Service Now Reporting Specialist to join our clients Group Risk team within Enterprise Risk. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in supporting risk management processes and insights within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their reporting needs, analyse underlying business issues, and align these with the organisation's data, reporting, and insights strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse their reporting needs, translating these into actionable requirements.
  • Work alongside team members and technology specialists to document and review technical requirements for risk data and reporting design.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk dashboards using enterprise platforms, providing key insights to the Board, Risk Committees, and Risk SMEs across the 3 Lines of Defence.
  • Capture and maintain metric and term definitions within the Enterprise Business Glossary, ensuring adherence to governance processes.
  • Assist in maintaining and prioritising the roadmap for reporting and analytics products, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements.

About You:

You are someone who enjoys a challenge, has an analytical mindset, and is passionate about data-driven decision making. In addition, you possess:

  • Experience working in agile delivery teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow automation tools and applications.
  • Strong background in insurance or financial services industries.
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel Power Query/VBA).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders effectively.
  • A good understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or related fields, and certifications in Data Management or Business Intelligence applications.
