About the Role
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing innovative mobile technology solutions. You will contribute to capability development in mobile-related technologies, leveraging your expertise in application development, mobile software engineering, and technology design. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential for success.
Please note: Candidates must hold a TSPV clearance for this position. No other clearances will be accepted.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply software development skills and engineering principles to systems managing physical mobile handsets and emulated devices.
- Produce detailed component specifications and translate them into actionable designs for implementation.
- Assess risks, measure compliance with policies and standards, and understand the implications of emerging technologies.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with strategic organizational goals.
- Collaborate flexibly and effectively with program teams, managing expectations of stakeholders and business partners.

Security Requirements
- TSPV Clearance: Candidates must hold an active TSPV clearance; no other clearance levels will be considered.
- Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA): Candidates must undergo an OSA before engagement. This includes a psychological assessment covering personal circumstances, financial situation, living arrangements, physical/mental health history (including substance use), and any civil/military record.
