We are seeking highly skilled and energetic Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms Developers to join an agile delivery team focused on implementing a Stakeholder Management System (SMS).

As a developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and deploying Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Develop and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Develop and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Code, test, maintain, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins and integrations.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in a geographically dispersed agile team.
• Experience developing applications with Azure cloud capabilities like Function Apps and Service Bus.
• CI/CD Practices, particularly involving CRM.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• JavaScript experience.
• Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and centralized source control (TFVC).
• Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices, e.g., SOA.
• Unit / Automated UI testing.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following departmental standards and practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Improve and maintain existing software.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
