Are you a skilled Analyst with a passion for business transformation and technology? We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to drive large-scale enterprise projects within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
🔹 Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
🔹 Create functional and technical documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
🔹 Work closely with architects and developers to design solutions that align with business goals.
🔹 Participate in code reviews, data modeling, and system architecture discussions as needed.
🔹 Develop test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
🔹 Assist project managers with planning, prioritization, and sprint reviews.
🔹 Analyze data using SQL or similar tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
🔹 Generate dashboards and reports using platforms like Power BI or Tableau.

Essential Skills & Experience:

✔️ 10+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in IT consulting or technology-driven business units.
✔️ Experience in enterprise/big data projects with a blend of technical and functional business focus.
✔️ Expertise in data mapping, business rules, data transformations, and reporting requirements.
✔️ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, querying, and data modeling.
✔️ Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development (Agile, Waterfall).
✔️ Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, and programming languages (Java, ReactJS, Mainframe).
✔️ Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, UML, Visio, or Lucidchart.
✔️ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
✔️ Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Desirable Skills:

✅ Experience in the banking sector and familiarity with customer domain processes.
✅ Industry-recognized certifications in business analysis or technology.
✅ Proven ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders.
