We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Analyst to support a range of ICT projects and programs. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality systems.

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing during each release cycle.
• Engage with development teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure smooth product releases.
• Identify, report, and track testing issues, assisting with triage and resolution.
• Develop test reports and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams as required.
• Perform additional testing-related duties as directed.

This role sits within a major government ICT transformation program, focused on modernising election systems to improve service delivery and maintain the integrity of the electoral process. The program involves large-scale business process re-engineering, data management, and replacing legacy systems with a citizen-centric, agile technology platform.

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in writing test strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and business stakeholders.
