Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Analyst to ensure the reliability and performance of their information and communication technology (ICT) systems, applications, and processes.

This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity and will initially require the person to be onsite, 5 days a week (in time it is expected to become hybrid and they are based in the CBD fringe close to loads of public transport and cafe options). It's an exciting greenfields project that will see you join a dynamic, new and growing team.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

• Design and carry out test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the quality of ICT systems and applications.
• Perform a variety of testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and performance, on software and ICT infrastructure.
• Detect, document, and prioritize issues uncovered during testing phases.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to troubleshoot issues and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce cloud is a must.
• Demonstrated experience as a QA Tester or similar position within an ICT environment.
• Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Practical experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
