We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation/UiPath Senior Developer is needed to drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role requires a deep understanding of RPA technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable RPA solutions using appropriate tools.
• Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Maintaining and optimizing existing RPA workflows to improve performance and business value.
• Conducting Unit Testing on developed code and supporting the full testing lifecycle, including test automation.
• Providing training, support, and knowledge sharing to employees.
• Documenting development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required:

• Robotic Process Automation development.
• UiPath.
• Some interstate travel may be required.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Robotic Process Automation development.

Weighted Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in RPA tools.
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Previous experience with Automated Software Testing.
